Refund/Exchange Policy & Shipping
Due to the handmade nature of our items we handle refund/exchange on case-by-case basis but our customer's satisfaction at the center of our policy decisions. We are happy to have you as a customer.

All duties and taxes when shipped outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customers.
If your orders contain made to order items generally the order will be shipped when all items are in stock. If you have purchased a made to order item the turn-around time is approximately 1-2 weeks prior to shipping.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an assistance with the process please contact us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Because we are a small shop, we can not offer refunds.
